Across South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and Latin America, millions still carry the burden of caste, inherited status, and work-based discrimination. For many—especially young people—these systems aren’t history. They are daily reality. They deny education. They block employment. They degrade lives by branding entire communities as “impure” or “untouchable.”
And yet, from these very communities, a powerful force is rising.
Young leaders from Dalit, Haratine, Osu, Burakumin, Quilombola, Roma, and other CDWD (Communities Discriminated on Work and Descent) backgrounds are stepping forward—as digital storytellers, community organizers, climate defenders, and educators—demanding dignity where the world has long stayed silent.
But courage alone is not enough.
What these youth lack are the tools to scale their voice. The mentorship to shape strategy. The networks to influence policy. The spaces where they can lead—not as tokens, but as visionaries.
That’s why The Inclusivity Project (TIP) is launching a bold initiative to support 50 youth leaders from across the globe—each one determined to dismantle systems of exclusion and build a more just world.
With your support, TIP will:
“We’re not just raising leaders. We’re raising a movement – Paul Divakar, Executive Director, TIP .”
These youth are the bridge between inherited injustice and inclusive futures. With the right support, they can transform structures that once silenced them—and lead the charge toward a world rooted in dignity, equity, and power.
This is your moment to stand with them.
Sponsor a young leader. Share their stories. Join the movement for a world where no one is defined by their caste, birth, or work.
